Commitment to continuous improvement for our community

To help us ensure that Cargospot continually meets latest industry requirements and is always able to deliver on the airfreight industry’s needs we use a number of community channels to identify areas for enhancement:

Cargo Competency Centres

These twice-yearly event brings together CHAMP specialists and representatives from our clients to define and influence future enhancements to Cargospot, and the priority in which they should be developed including:

  • Customer-specific enhancements
  • Generic community-wide enhancements

Biennial CHAMP Summit

We also conduct summit meeting of all our customers every other year to discuss the development roadmap and seek input from our broader customer community.  The event takes place in a different country and host city away from your usual day-to-day operations to facilitate the exchange of news and developments in a friendly and relaxed environment.
