The mission includes the responsibility of budget and deliveries, day to day operations and the coordination of implementations of new projects. You will be the primary contact for the two divisions for any IT related matters including the definition of the requirements, and will be responsible together with the entire CHAMP organization for the delivery of the solutions.
You will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction with CHAMP systems and technical services. Your area of focus will be the Corporate Division and the Legal & Compliance Division of our main customer.

The Service Delivery Manager will assume the full responsibility of all services delivered by CHAMP to an existing Tier 1 customer. He/she will be in contact with all levels of the management:
•Executive Management for the strategic direction and commercial relations,
•Middle Management for execution of the contract and the rest of the organization to support the definition of the services and the supervision of their delivery.
The Service Manager will liaise with the entire CHAMP organization to support the defined services and the supervision of their delivery.
