Your job

As a ServiceNow Engineer you will help our organization with the optimization of ServiceNow capabilities and the implementation of new solutions and functionalities of the platform in a variety of activities. These can range from the day-to-day administration, development, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform centred on, but not exclusive to, the support of key ITIL processes such as Request, Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Employee Self Service, and other service modules or completely new application development domains.

Your background

• Graduates with a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or other related courses.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Good technical aptitude and understanding, including ability to quickly learn new technologies with curiosity.
• Focused listening skills to properly determine and meet technical requirements with ability to understand transversal business challenges.
• Strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively
• Ability to estimate work effort requirements efficiently and appropriately.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a strong client service orientation
• Strong knowledge of ITIL process and ITSM concepts, ITIL certifications is nice-to-have.
• ​ServiceNow Admin and Developer Certifications nice-to-have
• SCRUM knowledge nice-to-have

Preferred skills:

• 2 years of experience with developing and administrating ServiceNow
• Experience with JavaScript (AngularJS, Jelly, Java, Ansible is a plus);
• Good understanding of client-side and server-side scripting.
• Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, JSON).
