Business Consultant Cargo Revenue Accouting (M/F)

Profile:

The candidates should meet the following pre-requisites:

- At least 10 years experience in Cargo management as part of an airline, a Ground Handler (GHA) or a General Sales Agent (GSA);

- Minimum 5 years in a team or project leading position.

- Excellent knowledge of Air Cargo revenue accounting.

- Experience with the usage of ERP systems is an asset.

- Knowledge of the industry inter-system message formats, rules and applications

- Confirmed functional experience of minimum 2 years of the Cargospot software solution (from Softair A.G.) including experience as an Administrator role or as Trainer role. Technical experience of the Cargospot software is an asset.

- Proven experience in a role of interface between the Business and IT for IT solution implementation.

- Practical experience of the main IT processes: requirements management, development, integration, support, maintenance.

- Excellent project management skills; ability to work in a deadline-driven environment; handle multiple projects simultaneously in order to accomplish desired results;

- Team spirited, enthusiastic, creative, efficient, open minded and pragmatic.

- Ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision

- Excellent communicator & trainer who can easily build strong relationships at management and operational level.

- Fluent in English (spoken, written) is mandatory; Arabic, French and Spanish are assets

- Availability to travel abroad regularly.

 
Mission:

Provide the best Industry and IT solutions expertise to CHAMP and its Customers to allow them to meet their strategic, financial and operational challenges. 

 

Key responsibilities:

- Perform Consulting duties about Business best practices and CHAMP product best practices. The Business Consulting missions will be linked with the pre-sales, implementation or post implementation services of the delivery of CHAMP solutions and products.

- Perform Audits at the Customers in the area of Business Best Practice or CHAMP solution Best Practices

- Lead the design of the solution that will be implemented at the Customers to best meet their business model, including the use or internal products and external solutions

- Perform CHAMP Product/Systems implementations following company project management methodology and principles. 

- Perform training in Air Cargo Management best practices and CHAMP products, and assess customer training requirements.

- Work with Product Management to ensure that the product evolution meets the customers needs. Test and accept product modifications against customer specifications.

- Support Sales and Marketing in their new customers acquisition and market analysis

- Identify business needs of our existing customers that needs a solution which  may be provided by CHAMP;

- Provide business and functional (Level 3) support to the Service Desk in charge of Level 1 and Level 2 support of our Customers

- Maintain high professional Industry knowledge

- Maintain high functional knowledge of CHAMP products and solutions

- Provide business and Cargospot product expertise, consultancy and advice to the CHAMP organization in general.
