January 2022

CHAMP becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of SITA.

August 2014

CHAMP created a new subsidiary company, CHAMP Forwarding Systems SA. The new company offers the proven Logitude Software as a Service (SaaS) platform focused on the small and medium size forwarder community.

November 2011

We acquired Europe, the specialist in electronic air cargo communications and employed approximately 400 highly qualified people, dedicated to the design, development and operation of the cargo automation services.

January 2008

CHAMP acquired a 100% shareholding of Softair AG, a Swiss company that has built an excellent reputation from developing and marketing a suite of innovative air cargo software applications.

2004

CHAMP Cargosystems was founded in Luxembourg in 2004 as a subsidiary of Cargolux
Airlines.  In January 2005, CHAMP was merged with SITA Cargo (UK). 

SITA

Founded in 1949, SITA was a pioneer in international telecommunications for the air transport industry and has continued to operate at the forefront of technology. Today SITA has over 400 air transport industry owner members around the world, a presence in over 200 countries and territories, and annual revenues in excess of US$ 1.6 billion. SITA provides us with legal, financial and marketing support, and field sales and customer relationship management through regional offices.
