New mandatory requirements for Mexico Customs reporting for air cargo effective 1 December 2019

Mexican Customs has just enacted a new rule requesting air carriers and freight forwarders to provide advance cargo information for shipments exported from Mexico. The already existing import regulation is now enclosing an export component which will enter into force on 1 December 2019.

Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced that Advance Cargo Information must be submitted for all inbound (Import, Transshipment & FROB) and outbound shipments to Kenya as of 10 May 2019 (1). All messages are required to be submitted to the Integrated Customs Management System (iCMS).
